 VDF

 The VDF Story

 The Vereinigung Deutscher Fakerseiten (or VDF for short and none german speaking fakirs) was co-founded by a number of different German fakirs who owned their own fake sites or forums in early 2000. Some of these sites were the "German fake challenge" owned by Cuds_PJ_ and Odin, "Stardl" owned by Eros & mega and a large archive (by 2000 standards) owned by Ikswits. This union was intended to unite the German faking community under one main forum and banner where the fakirs could share information and help each other improve. The VDF (like the French FFF) was ahead of the English speaking community in uniting under a main meeting point. The VDF was mainly successful in achieving its goal of German unification and improving German faking as a whole.

 The first version of the VDF was hosted on a free host, but as the host did not allow porn it was soon shut down, as many faking forums at that time were. The VDF moved to a new host but that didn't last long as the host closed down. It was third time lucky for the VDF as they bought their own version of VBB board license. With this license they made their own board and in 2002 established themselves as the forum to be for all German speaking Fakirs.

 In 2004 the VDF was sued by the German actress Jeanette Biedermann after fakes were posted of her on the forum. The owners of the VDF were summoned to court. The ruling was a major blow to the faking community in Germany as it ruled in the favor of Jeanette Biedermann. The VDF were forced to go under ground for a while, The admin also made a rule that fakes of Germans could not be posted on the forum. This could have crippled the community as a German forum but despite the rule existing to this day the community is still alive and thriving.

 The VDF continues to this day as the main German faking forum and remains true to its creation of bringing German fakirs together. VDF members are one of the only faking communities to meet outside of cyberspace to go camping etc as a group.
